Wyke Close is a semi-detached property with a rear garden under Borough of Hounslow Council. The existing property is a spacious 3 bed house. The design brief is to do a single storey side extension & internal reconfiguration. Therefore, the proposed design extends the existing property by a single storey rear extension and some internal reconfiguration. The proposed ground floor consist of garage, utility room, WC, living room with attached kitchen and dining area. The proposed ground floor layout relocates the WC below the staircase landing and removing the existing storage space. The proposed rear extension has a flat roof with a lantern roof in the center of it.
