Southview Lodge is a detached building siting on an approximate 1.2acre site. The site is on Metropolitan Greenbelt land and is part of a Conservation area. This new extension integrates with the existing house and provides more spacious and appropriate accommodation. The extension will be keeping with the existing appearance using brickwork, render, roof tiles, windows and Velux matching the existing house. There is utmost care taken to ensure that the character of the streetscene has been preserved using the material to match with the existing house.
