NORMAN CRESCENT

Norman Crescent is a semi-detached property under Harrow Council. The existing property is a spacious 4 bed house. The design brief was to increase the recreational spaces on the ground floor creating a space for the family to gather. Therefore, the proposed design extends the reception room and the bedroom on the rear side of the ground floor to make more space for living, dining and bedroom. On the first floor, the bedroom extends over the ground floor extension. An obscure glazed ventilator is proposed on the side wall of the bathroom in the master bedroom of the first floor.
