The semi-detached 3 bedroom property is located in Northampton area. The project brief for the proposal was to extend the house towards the left side of the property to offer a provision for a utility area and a wet area with W.C. The proposal extends to cover the width of the building block. The existing glazed roof on the conservatory is proposed to be replaced with a new flat roof that houses a lantern roof in the centre of the flat roof. The style of the existing house is aligned with that of the neighbourhood street-scape which gives aesthetic uniformity to the house.
