MENDIP WAY

Mendip Way is a mid-terrace building under Dacorum Borough Council. The existing property is a 3 bed house. The design brief was to do a single storey rear extension. The single storey rear extension will extend by 2.54m, to match the existing extension on the left side. This space will be used to create an open kitchen plan. The single storey rear extension will have a flat roof and will be converted into one single roof matching the existing flat roof. The roof will have a rectangular skylight to bring in more light into the proposed room.
