The proposed project is a double-storey semi-detached house situated on Lindum Place. Access to the property is through a porch area, which features a double-leaf door. The ground floor encompasses a living room, kitchen, pantry, and an office/study area. The living room and kitchen are located at the rear of the property, with a sliding folding door to facilitate ample natural light and ventilation. A staircase has been designed on the ground floor, leading to the proposed first floor. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and a shared toilet. Additionally, a detached garage with a flat roof has been included on the ground floor. The proposed roof of the property follows a sloping design, in harmony with the neighbouring properties. These plans aim to provide a well-designed and functional living space that complements the overall aesthetic of the area.
