Kimble Crescent is a semi-detached property with a large rear garden, under Hertsmere Borough Council. The existing property is a small 3 bed house.The design brief was to do a single storey rear extension.The proposed ground floor extends towards the right side of the property to offer a provision of an office/study to the front of the property.Towards the left of the proposed rear extension, a modern conservatory roof-like structure has been proposed to allow a substantial amount of light into the rear of the property.The existing roof is a hipped roof.
