Holly Ave is a detached garage under London Borough of Harrow Council. The existing property is a spacious 4 bed house. The design brief was to do a garage conversion into a double storey annex house. The existing ground floor consists of open garage space with a front entrance from a shutter door and a rear entrance. The proposed design requires knocking down the existing garage structure. The proposed ground floor consists of a kitchenette/ lounge , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The ground floor consists of a staircase leading up to the first floor. The first floor consists of a bedroom with an ensuite. The proposed roof is part on the second floor and part flat roof with sloping ends on the first floor with 3 Roof lights to provide better ventilation and light in the bedroom and the lounge on the ground floor.
