Hide Road is a semi-detached property under London Borough of Harrow Council. The existing property is a spacious 3 bed house. The design brief was to do a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension including garage conversion and porch addition. Therefore,the proposed design extends the existing property by a single storey side extension, single storey rear extension with garage conversion and a porch addition. The proposed ground floor consists of an addition of a porch extending out of the entrance. The ground floor layout relocates the kitchen and the dining room towards the rear of the property The existing reception/dining room has been converted into a lounge. Additionally, a utility, prayer room, shower room has been added to the proposed layout towards the side of the property. The existing garage has been converted into a bedroom with adjoining WC.
