The client required the area of the existing two storey house to be reworked for better functional use and to meet the needs of the growing family. Therefore seeked to carry out the alteration for the roof in order to accommodate for a full width dormer. The loft floor will be able to host a master bedroom, guest bedroom and office space with a shared bathroom that is on top of the existing bathroom on the first floor.
