The dwellinghouse is located in the Bushey area under Hertsmere council. The brief in this instance was for converting the existing single storey garage into a habitable space. With mindful internal space design for the conversion, the client’s objective was fulfilled whilst maintaining the existing roof and requisite modifications to the elevations for the proposal.
