GORDON GARDENS


The house is a semi-detached property consisting of habitable spaces on the ground floor and loft floor located in Harrow. The client approached us with a view to maximise the space through single storey side extension, single storey rear extension, rework to the existing rear dormer and porch addition. By incorporating these requirements successfully, the proposal has not only maximised the floor space but has also enabled adequate daylight into the house through veluxes added to the extensions and enlarged windows to the revised rear dormer and a welcoming entry to the house with the addition of a new porch.
