ELSETREE HOUSE

Elstree House comprises several apartment blocks in Harrow, the client’s brief was to rejuvenate the old wilting materials that was wood and change it to glass. The proposal is only applicable for the front side of the building, the sizes of the balconies have been maintained as existing with only the material being replaced from a full wooden balcony to a glazed balcony with steel balustrades and rail.
