Edgbaston Road is a mid-terrace house under Three Rivers District Council. The existing property is a 3 bed house. The design brief was to do the loft conversion with a dormer .The proposed is a loft conversion with a dormer, the frame of the dormer will be constructed using timber and steel materials in order to create a secure and reliable structure. The loft dormer will be cladded in similar/same materials as the neighbours around the area.The proposal of an attic floor will create space for a bedroom and bathroom .
