DYES COTTAGE

Dyes Cottage is in a conservation area, and is highlighted for its Edwardian historic look.The three bedroom house was developed in the 1900s and the existing extension has unfortunately diverted from the original Edwardian look. The client came to us wanting to rejuvenate the characteristics of the original house while maximising the potential development for the historic house. Therefore, the proposed development consists of alterations to the three stories viz. basement floor, ground floor, first floor and a loft floor.
