BROADOAK AVENUE


This semi-detached two storey house is under Enfield council. The client seeked to add a new space for recreational use as a gymnasium. This exclusive requisite led to the proposed design of a single storey outbuilding towards the rear of the property. Some of the key features carefully considered were to maintain the scale of the new building from the perspective of size and proportions as well as to infuse an indoor-outdoor feel to the space internally with the use of bi-fold doors for the entrance.
