AVENUE GRIMALDI

Avenue Grimaldi is a semi-detached house under Luton Borough Council. The existing property is a 2 double bed house with a long rear garden. The design brief was to do the Double storey rear extension, Double storey side extension and porch design .The proposed extension alters the ground floor so that a spacious kitchen is introduced adjacent to the existing dining area. The garage conversion will accommodate for a spacious living room area which is accessed from the new porch design. The first floor extension is offset from the front by 1150 mm and offset from the site boundary by 500mm to avoid terracing effect.The new first floor will accommodate a master bedroom towards the rear side which connects to an ensuite. And a new bedroom at the front side of the property.
